I find empowerment to be an embodied experience. So all of my services, although maybe unorthodox in a traditional counseling sense, contribute to my clients overall health & wellbeing, supporting them on their healing path.

Additionally, LPC-Associates in Texas are NOT allowed to take insurance. There are instances where an associate can see a client using insurance, provided a supervisor signs off on that note. I do not have "supervised billing" available. Because of this, my services are offered at reduced costs & sliding scale.

You are also entitled to a 'Good Faith Estimate' upon request because you are not using insurance. I am transparent with my cost for services & there are no hidden fees. Here is another link if you would like more information:

To protect your confidentiality, you are not allowed to book directly from my website. I know this is inconvenient in today's age where almost everything is just a click away. I will need to see you for an inital intake session so we can discuss what your needs are & whether individual or group sessions, or both are appropriate.

If you just want to attend the experiential skills training groups, I will still need to see you just for an individual intake session to assess whether you are a good fit for the group to ensure your safety & the safety of the other group members. You can always decide to see me individually at any time.
