Telehealth

Service Description

Individual counseling via a secure telehealth link. You must ensure you are in a location that allows for privacy. Some of my clients have their sessions in their car so that they can speak freely. Having session in your car is totally fine, provided you are not driving. As a somatic psychotherapist, I was skeptical if counseling could work via a screen. Although I am not always privy to see your entire body, it turns out that there is so much information about the nervous system in the face and chest area. There are advantages and disadvantages about telehealth and you are welcome to read my blog about it before deciding.
