Discover the somatic messages your body has to say by slowing down through mindful movement & breathwork. Feeling into the body & listening can reveal unconsciously held patterns that are informing our cognitive thoughts & emotions. Trauma-informed means you will have complete choice while moving slowly & mindfully. This integrative counseling uses yoga to focus on nervous system regulation & is an evidence-based way to cultivate agency and somatic awareness. We will tailor movement and breath to access implicit memories to be able to process long-held traumatic burdens. A perfect complement to heal trauma on your mental health journey if you are curious about growing a more intimate relationship with your body.
