Recommendations To Support You

What condition is the meat sack in? I heard the body referred to as this in some movie, and it made me laugh. Now, I do see the body as sacred, and it does have some basic requirements that must be met. If these basics, on the physical plane, are not addressed, there is sure to be a disruption in the other realms (mental, emotional, spiritual).

As my clients start or continue on their somatic journey, they discover other teachers who share fantastic information! I have watched all of these videos and have tried many of the practices.
